Adminstrative & Creative Assistant

Freelance/Self Employed

Part-time: 16hrs per week, over 2/3 days

Location: Mostly remote, but requires ability to travel to London

Salary: £1000/month (competitive based on experienc)

This is an amazing opportunity for a adminstrative/personal assistant to support a small, thriving Web & Graphic Design Studio with clients all over the world. Klioh Studio was founded in 2020, by Isabelle Abbey-Vital, offering bespoke custom coded websites and bold visual identities for the brands that value the unique.

This is an amazing opportunity for a personal assistant to support a small, thriving Web & Graphic Design Studio with clients all over the world. The position is to take on the administration side of the business to improve efficiency and release time for the Creative Director to spend more time growing the business. We hope to hire someone that will grow and develop with the brand and take on more creative design and web responsibilities as the business expands.

Duties will include:



⋅ Diary management, booking meetings and appointments, scheduling calls

⋅ Inbox management - monitoring and actioning emails

⋅ Creating and formatting creative assets in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, XD and Indesign and Canva

⋅ Updating websites with copy, content and imagery (using our online Content Management System)

⋅ Assisting on Client Projects as needed

⋅ Invoicing, preferably with prior experience of Xero

⋅ Liaising clients and their assistants

⋅ Streamlining admin processes using cloud services

⋅ Managing project schedules

⋅ Booking travel, flights, accommodation etc



The successful candidate for this role will:

⋅ Be highly digitally literate and instinctive look for ways to improve our internal administrative and project management processes

⋅ Articulate, flexible, collaborative, and approachable

⋅ Superb organizational and time management skills

⋅ Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop & InDesign (preferred)

⋅ An interest or background in graphic design is preferable

⋅ An interest in learning basic front end development (HTML, CSS) is desired but not essential

⋅ Exceptional oral and written communication skills including maintaining composure and a professional demeanor in all situations

⋅ Have experience of implementing new digital processes and configuring web/cloud services

⋅ Be calm under pressure and be able to meet deadlines set

⋅ Have a proactive approach with ability to use own initiative

⋅ Ability to work with secure and confidential materials and keep proprietary information safe

⋅ Ability to exhibit high levels of integrity, discretion, and emotional intelligence.
