THE BRIEF

Kaya Isaac is an educator and mentor from Birmingham who came to us looking for a website for her activism, raising awareness on racial and political issues. After she experienced her father’s declining health following his racial attack from the police in the 90’s, she wanted to create a small corner of the internet where those affected by police brutality cases could be remembered as people.

THE SOLUTION

We built a colourful, engaging site which is designed to celebrate the lives of those affected and enable their families to talk about how they were loved and cherished, and had careers, hopes and dreams. The website also acts as a noticeboard for prominent police brutality cases and various racial bias stories, and allows users to sign ongoing petitions.
